Sahcho Property Development Ltd. (SPDL), operating under the TCO Group of Companies, is responsible for the management, oversight, and development of commercial, residential, and community properties in Délı̨nę, Northwest Territories.
Sahcho Properties plays a key role in supporting local economic development by providing space for businesses, organizations, and residents while ensuring that infrastructure is maintained and available for community use.
The current portfolio includes a mix of:
• Commercial office buildings
• Community and cultural facilities
• Residential rental units
• Storage and utility buildings
Core assets such as the John Tetso Building, Victor Beyonnie Building, and the Traditional Knowledge Centre are strong contributors to the portfolio and support both economic and community activities in Délı̨nę.

• improving rent collection processes
• formalizing lease agreements
• strengthening tenant management systems
Sahcho Properties is actively working to strengthen operations across the portfolio, including:
• Implementing formal lease agreements across all properties
• Improving rent collection and financial tracking
• Introducing booking and tracking systems for shared spaces
• Clarifying utility responsibilities
• Reviewing underperforming assets for future use

Maintenance & Property Support
Sahcho Properties works with local contractors and service providers to maintain all facilities, including:
• building maintenance and repairs
• electrical and heating services
• snow removal and seasonal upkeep

Local contractors are prioritized wherever possible to support the Délı̨nę economy and ensure timely service delivery.
